    We start in person, walking through your home together to understand your scope, your vision, and how you actually live. This is where the relationship begins.

    Photography, dimensioning, detailed scope development, budget alignment, and contractor introductions if needed. We build the foundation the project will stand on.

    design development

    Floor plans, furniture and material selections, mood boards, pricing presentations, tile elevations, and detailed schedules for plumbing, tile, countertops, and more. This is the most collaborative phase, and the most fun.

    procurement and coordination

    Final approvals, deposits, order placement, vendor and subcontractor coordination, and jobsite meetings. You stop tracking. We take it from here.

    Kristi grew up in Denver and built one of the most distinctive interior design practices in the region. Her path was anything but linear, and that breadth is exactly what makes her work distinct. She studied at the New York School of Interior Design, spent seven years on high-end retail design in Los Angeles for clients including Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus, and pivoted into film and TV set design before coming home to Denver to launch company kd. Her philosophy: every room should have a point of view.

    Brandon is the operational and technical backbone of every company kd project. He translates Kristi's creative vision into floor plans, tile drawings, lighting layouts, and the schedules that keep contractors moving in the right direction. His deep construction knowledge means he speaks fluently with architects, contractors, and tradespeople, and serves as the critical conduit between the design team and everyone on the jobsite.

    Katie runs the infrastructure that makes the company kd experience feel effortless. She is the first and last point of contact for clients, which means the relationship begins and ends with her care. She manages order placement, billing, tracking, expediting, warranty claims, delivery logistics, vendor coordination, and the sample library, and leads implementation of the firm's marketing strategy.
